01

What We Do

We design and oversee healthcare treatment plans for employees, perform utilization review of high-cost medications, empower employees to manage their medical conditions effectively, and lower corporate healthcare costs.

02

Our Approach

By providing on-site healthcare services and 24/7 remote access to the doctor, our model of employee healthcare can result in thousands of dollars in cost savings for your company each year by reducing medication costs, self-insurance costs, ER visits, lab and diagnostic expenses, and much more. We manage a very broad scope of health issues and provide office-based procedures and point-of care testing for blood sugar measurements, urinalysis, strep and flu testing, EKG testing and more.

03

Cost Savings

Research shows that people who have a dedicated physician have fewer hospitalizations and emergency room visits. Routine visits with a dedicated physician, accomplishing preventative screenings, open communication with the doctor, and a comprehensive record of a patient’s health history all contribute to an overall lower cost of healthcare. According to the National Association of Workplace Health Centers, onsite healthcare services have resulted in a majority of employers seeing a reduction in medical care costs, a reduction in time lost by employees who would otherwise have left work to seek outside medical care, and a reduction in use of emergency services.

About

Message From Dr. Carter

The U.S. is experiencing a severe healthcare workforce shortage. By 2016 the number of primary care physicians leaving practice exceeded the number entering practice. This has resulted in a healthcare bottleneck, with the country needing more than 50,000 additional primary care physicians to accommodate population growth, an aging population, and the previously uninsured.

Consequently, healthcare has adopted an assembly line model of care. A new model of primary care is needed, one that truly expands and streamlines healthcare, and puts the patient first.

By offering both an “in-house” onsite medical clinic and facilitating direct communication with the doctor 24/7/365, Vested Healthcare Partners, has reimagined how companies provide healthcare access to their employees. Employees can be seen conveniently “in-house” in a timely manner for their annual wellness exams, chronic condition management, and other primary care needs. Additionally, whether at the worksite or in the comfort of home, an employee (or family member) can connect directly with the doctor to address medical needs and receive a prescription and doctor’s note when appropriate. Virtual doctor visits occur through a video conferencing platform but communication may also occur through phone calls, text messaging, and emails.

Our mission at Vested Healthcare Partners is to empower every employee and every company to be healthier by setting a new standard in the employee healthcare benefit. Our goal is to provide your employees a healthcare benefit they will actually want to use.

Get Vested in your healthcare and make good health a part of your retirement plan!
